Hello!

I hope your lazy days of summer have begun early... at least, if that's what you want. Although Summer doesn't officially start till June 20th, I am really enjoying the "school's out" feeling already. 😊 May is mental health awareness month, so I had a flurry of speaking engagements for law firms and banks. It was great, but now that it's over I'm definitely in rest and recharge mode How about you?

Do you struggle to take down time... Or do you struggle to get moving? Personally, I go back and forth -- it can just depend on where life is taking me sometimes!

I hope you enjoy this month's newsletter. For some reason, the media seemed to have a lot of questions for me this month on couples/relationship topics.... So here's a link to my dating book if you or someone you know wants more tips.

As always, please feel free to reply and share what you're up to this summer, or what types of articles you would like to see in future newsletters.

Thanks for reading, and take care!

Warmly,

Dr. Chloe Carmichael PhD
