Hello,
I hope you're having a wonderful summer! Summer is a great time to rest, reflect, and find time for fun!
This month's collection of articles should help with all of those goals... the piece from Bazaar explores ways to enjoy even the most mundane moments of life-- this is actually very helpful to our mood and overall fulfillment. Other pieces focus on relationships, personality styles, and of course ways to use anxiety constructively. There is also a new episode of my podcast-- if possible, you might want to watch it on YouTube from the link below, since there are some interesting screenshares-- but just listening on audio is fine too, of course-- I'm truly grateful whenever you lend me your eyes and/or ears!=)
I hope you enjoy the articles, and as always please feel free to hit 'reply' and let me know if there are topics you'd like to see in next month's issue... I love hearing from you!
Warmly,
Dr. Chloe Carmichael PhD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Unveiling Inner Potential: A Journey with Noah Robinson, Founder of Innerworld
In this inspiring episode, we have the privilege of delving into the fascinating journey of psychology doctoral student Noah Robinson, the visionary founder behind Innerworld. IW is an amazing app that REALLY blends the virtual world with the "real life human connection" of in-person support... perhaps that's how he got the attention of singer-songwriter Jewel, who has now partnered with his organization. As a psychologist, I was fascinated by his product, as well as his incredible inventiveness and entrepreneurial spirit-- and to think he's still a student! I had sooo many questions for him, and I was very impressed with his answers.
