Her experience as a healthcare analyst inspired her to become a therapist, focusing on personalized, solution-oriented care. Connecting with Dr. Chloe’s book for her own growth, Sonu feels at home as a trainee, blending science-backed methods with a warm, individualized approach.
Olivia Parsons
Like Sonu, Olivia is also under the supervision of our Head of Training, Amanda Pelcher, LMFT. Olivia is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, where clients can engage in self-exploration, deepen their understanding of relational dynamics, gain meaningful insights, and celebrate their personal growth and successes on the journey to improved mental health and well-being.
