Hello!

I hope this message finds you well as we settle into the fall season. 🍂 With the cooler weather and changing leaves, it's a perfect time to pause and check in with ourselves.... and I'm pleased to share that if you or someone you know would like help with this process, my practice has a new resource to help: We have added two new psychotherapy externs seeing clients at a reduced rate of $125, even on weekends! Learn more about low-fee individual therapy here and low-fee couples therapy here.

Beyond the new externs, other exciting news includes a Yahoo interview about election anxiety - I share some insights and strategies to help you manage those feelings and stay centered. Whether it’s election-related worries or just the everyday pressures of life, my hope is that you’ll find these resources helpful as you navigate the weeks ahead. 🌟

Thank you for being such an important part of our community. If you have any thoughts or questions, I’d love to hear from you—please feel free to reply to this email. 😊
