Dr. Chloe Carmichael a clinical psychologist and USA Today bestselling author. She is an Advisory Board member for Women’s Health Magazine, contributor to mindbodygreen, and a featured expert for Psychology Today. She has been featured as an expert on VH1, Inside Edition, ABC Nightline, New York Times, Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, and others. She also consulted for ad campaigns for Armani, Chanel, YSL, Lancome, and other designer beauty brands. Dr. Chloe is also a certified yoga teacher, and completed coursework in Buddhism and meditation with Robert Tenzen-Thurman (the first American ever to be ordained as a Monk by the Dalai Lama) and the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction designed by the Jon Kabat-Zinn.
