Anxiety Management 8-Week Program (AMP)
- The AMP is a structured 8-week skills program.
- Each session teaches a specific CBT technique for managing anxiety.
- Each session includes specific homework suggestions to reinforce what you learned that week.
Each week builds on the previous week, so members of the AMP should plan to attend all of the meetings – but don’t worry, if you miss a meeting, you can have a free 15-minute call to catch up, or you can schedule an additional private session to review that week’s lesson.
When you finish the course, you will have new tools and a new perspective on anxiety management.
