I can't believe it, but "Back to School" season has arrived!  Although I'm no longer a student, I still love the inspiration to sharpen the proverbial pencils and get started on projects!  📆✏️ What are your projects?  Feel free to reply, I'd love to know:)


One of my projects is to stay focused on "the long game" of the publication of my book, Nervous Energy: Harness the Power of Your Anxiety.  Thank you SO MUCH to those of you who wrote a nice review or even just clicked the 5-star button on Amazon 😀⭐... it helps tremendously in the Amazon algorithms.  There is one more thing I need to ask, though-- it's hard for me to ask for favors sometimes, but this is super important so I'll go ahead and ask:

Ok that's the big ask!  Thank you so much, either way... fun psychology fact: Sometimes it's hard to ask for help because we don't want to burden others.  However, psych studies show that asking for small favors can actually help bring people closer, partly because they offer avenues for vulnerability as well as the chance to "be there" for someone.  This is partly why I often encourage people to feel free to reach out and ask their network for help-- today I had to take my own medicine:)  Thank you again for letting me share this request with you!
